Using the service
You may use Gathering Fox to create, organize, print, and share grocery lists. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive material. You are responsible for the content you add to a list and for deciding what information to share.
Shared links
Anyone with a live shared-list link can read and edit that list. Treat the link as public to anyone who receives it. Snapshot links also contain readable list content. You are responsible for sharing links only with people you trust.
Availability and third-party sites
The service is provided as available and may change or become unavailable. Gathering Fox does not warrant uninterrupted operation or that stored data will always be recoverable. Store suggestions and links lead to third-party sites; those sites are operated independently and their own terms apply.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and Gathering Fox is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
